Where do I start? Lily Pigg was my buying agent when I purchased my home years ago. I told her I didn't have much time to move so I didn't want to be wasting my time looking at a bunch of properties. I told her exactly what I need it and what my budget was. She said "I have two properties which meet your criteria perfectly". Marriage later in life, combining two homes into one can be stressful. What to keep and give away or sell! Lily Pigg helped us out by listing my husband's mobil home in Pecan Park. She made up a great flyer and always had plenty in the box by the driveway. She showed the home many times and eventually sold it. The park's board was very hard to deal with. They had to approve the potential buyer and seemed to go through every step of the process very slowly. Lily was a great help because she would make phone calls and send the emails necessary to get the board moving. She was very nice, professional and efficient when it came to dealing with us and working through the sale.

We bought our home 3 years ago from her and we were ready to move this January 2013. I called Lily and told her I wanted to list our home Jan. 5th, this was just before Christmas.
